Ty Enfys in Treorchy, will offer living spaces to young adults and adults with autism and learning difficulties
Ty Enfys, located in Treorchy, in the heart of the Rhondda valley, has officially opened its doors, catering to the needs of four adults with Autism or learning difficulties.
The home, which consists of three bedrooms and two flats, will provide homes for people aged 18 and above.
The home is run by Orbis Education and Care which already manages over 40 schools, and residential homes for children and adults in Wales with complex needs associated with Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs.
The opening of this new home brings with it a number of exciting job opportunities in the local area. At Ty Enfys, the home is seeking to expand their dedicated team, with particular opportunities for Support Worker and Senior Support Workers to play a vital role in helping individuals develop their independent living skills within a private setting.
Other features of the home include spacious communal areas including a modern kitchen as well as comfortable living spaces which will enable individuals to develop their essential life skills and achieve greater independence.
