Select Lifestyles, a leading care provider based in West Bromwich, has strengthened its board of directors by making two promotions to Executive Director level.
Alex Ford has been promoted from Health, Safety and Facilities Manager and Sumedh Jassal has been promoted from Business Development Manager.
In their new roles, both Alex and Sumedh will take on more senior leadership responsibilities, using their expertise to provide strategic recommendations to support business development.
Speaking of his promotion, Alex, who has worked at Select Lifestyles for seven years, commented: “I’m very proud to have been promoted to Executive Director level and can’t wait to get stuck into the role, gaining a more holistic view of how the business operates.”
Sumedh, who has worked at Select Lifestyles for almost 15 years, added: “I’m really looking forward to sharing my business development insights to support Select Lifestyles’ growth plans. I started my career here as a support worker, before being promoted to Business Development Manager, so I’m thrilled to now be able to apply this experience at board level.”
